He has been in software leadership positions for 20 years, ranging from general management to CEO, helping organizations navigate the constantly shifting technology landscape. Outside of work, he’s a vocal advocate for health and safety and co-founder of TheRainow.Fund, which focuses on giving children the freedom to move.

Amanda Smith

Executive VP, Strategy, Cority

Amanda Smith has more than 20 years of experience in cloud software and human–computer interaction, with a career devoted to improving how organizations protect their people and operate responsibly. A graduate of the University of Michigan in Industrial & Operations Engineering, she has held senior leadership roles shaping product direction, customer value, and long-term strategy. She now serves as Cority’s Executive Vice President of Strategy, bringing her background in technology and human-centered design to help guide the company’s future.

Ted Kail

CPO, Cority

Drew Kilpatrick is a Solutions Consultant at Cority, where he supports pre-sales and implementation for environmental, health, and safety software. He works with customers to design solutions, build scopes of work, develop business cases and ROI calculations, and guide successful adoption.
