Hearing conservation isn't annual. It's continuous.

OVERVIEW

Occupational hearing loss remains one of the most common workplace health risks, and most conservation programs are still built around a single event: the annual audiometric test. Workers show up, pass or fail, and disengage until next year.

The problem is what happens in between. Testing tells you who failed, not why, not what happened on the floor between tests, and not whether the education actually stuck. Workplace hearing conservation data often lives apart from occupational health records, exposure monitoring, and testing vendors, leaving safety teams to piece together compliance by hand and workers checked out until the next appointment.

In this session, Cority and WAHTS Hearing look at what it takes to move workplace hearing conservation past the annual cycle: continuous engagement, connected data, and programs that hold up under audit and actually protect hearing.

After attending this webinaryou’ll be able to:

  • See where workplace hearing conservation programs break down between annual tests

  • Connect audiometric testing data to occupational health and exposure records without manual reconciliation

  • Build worker engagement into hearing conservation year-round, not just around test day

  • Show leadership hard evidence the workplace hearing conservation program is working, not just compliant
